Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef / Restaurant Operations position at Fired Up Fisherman. located in Monterey, CA. The Operations/Chef will be responsible for inventory, scheduling, business planning, staffing, food preparation, ensuring hygiene standards, managing cooking operations, and providing excellent food service. Culinary skills are initially Focused on Neopolitan Pizza but will expand to other cuisines as the other restaurants are launched. This role is a partnership position grown through sweat equity.

- Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience
I am looking for the right person to help build an enthusiastic team with a drive toward a common vision. The immediate plan is to capitalize on our exceptional location with mega-traffic and provide the best wood-fired Neopolitan Pizza with a beautiful view overlooking Monterey Bay.
After three years of building a reputation, we will move into a beautiful modern space built out to our exact demands. Over those three years, we will determine if we will operate just one restaurant or If we will take advantage of the additional four spaces (30,000 sq. ft.) for five total themed restaurants
Ideally, the right person will grow the operation as a partner. It's not all glamorous as we will start out pushing pizzas into a hot oven, controlling supplies, and helping staffing operations to develop the right corporate culture. We will use only the best top-shelf ingredients to make good solid Neapolitan pizza served by a staff that cherishes relationships and experiences.
Our eyes are on a long-term steady growth to the ultimate structure.
